Information we collect
When you create an account or save events to your personal schedule, we store the details you provide — such as your name and email address — alongside the events you choose to save. This is used only to deliver your festival schedule and keep you signed in. We also collect anonymous analytics events (for example, that the Programme page was viewed) to help us understand how the app is used and improve it.
How we use your information
Your account details let us show you your saved schedule and send optional reminders about the events you have added. Analytics are aggregated and never tied to your identity. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain your account and saved-schedule data for the duration of the festival period and for a short time afterwards so you can look back at your schedule. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting the festival team.
Your rights
